The Society is a non-profit organization founded in 1981 to
further the knowledge and understanding of the music of
Stefan Wolpe. Funds raised by the Society are directed to
meeting the following needs: preparation and publication of
critical scores for the use of musicians and scholars;
sponsorship of recordings of outstanding performances of
the music; assistance to performers and scholars in
obtaining information on the music and writings of the
composer.
The Stefan Wolpe Society is a membership organization.
Individuals and organizations may participate in sustaining
the work of the Society by subscribing for yearly
membership (please remember to fill out the personal
information below).
MEMBERSHIP DUES
$500-990 Sustaining Members receive four
items of sheet music or recordings of their choice.
$250-490 Organizations and Supportings
Members receive two items of sheet music or recordings.
$100-240 Individual Members receive a 20%
discount on scores and recordings.
$ 50-90 Student Members InstitutionProgram
Members in all categories receive a 20% discount on
musical scores and recordings purchased through the
Society. Gifts to the Society are tax-deductible to the
extent permitted by law.
